Beta App Naming Consistency
I’ve got no clue where to post this as I only see a Prerlease forum for Illustrator and not a Beta forum. Anyways, for the love of Pete, Adobe can you please be consistent in naming your beta apps.
The Photoshop app is named as such. The folder tree: Adobe Photoshop (Beta) > Adobe Photoshop (Beta).app.
But the Illustrator beta app is: Adobe Illustrator (Beta) > Adobe Illustrator.app.
[With no beta in the app name.]
Why do I care? Because some of us on macOS use the Command+P system search to open apps. Doing a search for Illustrator Beta returns only the folder, not the app.

I can see where that would be a problem. Thanks for sharing.

Windows users have another issue caused by Adobe's naming conventions:
Adobe uses the same identical name for its "exe" files both for the normal apps and the beta apps. This causes major problems in Windows file association.
Microsoft said this could easily be fixed, if the exe files for beta and normal cc apps would not be the identical but different.
As an example:
Illustrator.exe (normal apps)
IllustratorBeta.exe (for beta apps). You can check the MS thread here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-files/file-association-issues-in-windows-10/93ee23f7-9f00-4567-aaec-25b54bef3b95
