    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.2.3 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

    I can confirm that it's definitely working for me on 26.4.1

    "I believe that the resizing is fixed but now high blur values cause the blur to look boxed in the edges, look the attached video."

    For High blur values, you'll need to adjust Effects > Document Raster Effects Settings
