I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.4.1 which is available worldwide now.

Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html

Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!

I agree with Adam's comment. I believe this may have to do with using a lower res secondary display with Retina MBP.

    Operating System/Version: MacOs Catalina 10.15.7
    Illustrator Version: Illustrator 25.0
After latest update I've been having issues with Libraries window in Illustrator. After laptop is on after going to sleep with Illustrator open, Libraries window in Illustrator is not usable, can't navigate between libraries or click on items in library like it's frozen. Have to restart the app in order for it to work. Just today my laptop has not yet went to sleep but libraries in Illustrator is malfunctioning. It is adding items that are not the ones I'm selecting and the hover feature is not working either where you view the name of the item as you hover over it. I also can not navigate to other libraries.
