If you cannot uninstall the KB5000802 update from Windows 10, a work around that finally workes for me : Uninstall all your printer drivers and remove all printers from Windows 10 using the settings window. It works. Thank you Sven for sharing your experience too.

Sadly, I didnt succed with your workaround. It seems to be related to the Windows 10 update KB5000802 (The one from March 12th you were talking about), but I cannot uninstall it, even if I try with the CLI interface with admin rights.

I also try to revert to previous Dell graphic drivers, but it still happen. So now, with your experience it seems to be related to this Windows 10 update...

    Same here on a Dell Precision 5550 (i7-10875H / 32Gb RAM + Intel UHD + Quatro T2000) Windows 10 up-to-date..
Exactly the same issue, with all AI or EPS files.

Edit : I tried to get back to the 25.1 version and I have the same issue, so I think it could be a bug related to Dell Intel UHD drivers or Nvidia laptop drivers ?? There was an update for those 2 drivers at the beginning of this month.
