    Thanks for the response.

    For example, let's say you have the following layer structure

    Layer A: Roads
    Layer B: Rivers

    You can lock the roads and rivers in a layer to prevent them from shifting.
    However, since the order of layers cannot be locked, the following may occur due to a mistake or misunderstanding.

    Layer B: Rivers
    Layer A: Roads

    If you do this, you will end up with an unbelievable picture of a river passing over a road.
    In my work, I have to avoid these mistakes in the layers.
    I was hoping to be able to lock not only the layer content itself, but also the order of the layers.

    But maybe these problems are covered by other means, or
    Maybe not many people have requests for additional features.
    Maybe I should have discussed this in the forum.
