    同じ症状で困ってます。(photoshop) macmini2018/OS10.15
    当方は、リネームではなく、画像にファイル名を貼り付けるために、別名保存からファイル名のみをコピーして貼り付ける作業をしているのですが、拡張子まで選択されて困ってます。
    余計な情報を載せたくありませんので。
    早く元の状態に戻して欲しいです。
    何故拡張子まで選択されるようにされたのか疑問です。
    可能であれば、環境設定で拡張子まで選択するか非選択にするかを設定できるように、今後改善したら良いのにと思います。
