    Adobe doesn't have to care about your request any longer. They no longer have to prove that updates are worth paying for. You pay regardless so there is no incentive for them to spend time to make the changes you want. I'm sure the accountants are only allowing fixes and tweaks to keep the software running. Max profits, minimal efforts until the entire thing is gutted and people start leaving.
