1. Smart Vector Object in Photoshop does not open anymore in Illustrator after upgrading to Monterey 12.3 I got an error -1703.

   This issue is fixed in macOS 12.3.1 update from Apple.

   Definitive Solution!! Upgrade to MacOs 12.3.1 and go back to work as it should.
