    Hi same issue here.
    (also cannot change color profile to North America as I only have Europe available)
    To help a bit, if you go to window, open in a new window, it's back to normal
    (but don't use outline preview again)

    19 11900F
    64Gb ram
    2070 RTS super 8GB
