    I am using English, on a Win10 PC (64bit). I typically only have Adobe products Ai, Ps, Acrobat open. I also have some Office 365 products open (namely Outlook) and Chrome.

    I am using v.26.2.1. I haven't attempted to run in Windows Safe Mode but I have tried it with just Ai running. I will try in safe mode later and report the findings.

    FWIW this feature hasn't worked for at least 6 months
