    Hey Nathan, Thanks again. That does work. I am probably mistaken, but I thought when I hit that button previously it directed me to the save as window in order to make a copy of the file. Everything seems to work for me now

    Hey Nathan,

    Thanks so much for the input. Interestingly, the 'File--> Invite to edit' results in all the necessary functionality needed. Thanks for that.

    However, the 'share' button in the top right gives me the following screen
