    I'm able to see only the Free Transformation tool in the menu, if I open it the Free Transformation tool and Puppet Warp tool appear, but Free Distort and Perspective Distort don't.
    They also don't appear as free panel as your screenshot, they don't appear anywhere on my screen.

    I mean that I'm able to see it, but not all four. I see only the Free Transformation tool (which is default). Plus I can't find it anywhere.
