  1. macOS 13.3.1にて、日本語フォントで変換をする際、変換候補で１度emojiを通過すると全て小塚ゴシックに変わってしまう。

    私も同様の不具合に当たっています。
    MacOSは13.5、Illustratorは27.8.1です。
    絵文字が変換候補に混ざっていてもその続きの候補の書体が「小塚ゴシック」に変わってしまうのはIllustratorだけのようで、AppleのPagesはもとより、サードパーティ製のソフト、Photoshopですら、その時設定されている書体になり、アプリケーションの既定の書体に勝手に戻るような挙動はないので、Adobeさんの開発チームがIllustratorの挙動のおかしさに気づいて、ソフトウェアを改修してくれるよう期待します。
    日本語入力システムをATOKやGoogleやその他に換えるという解決策は、人によってはありかもしれませんが、問題が生じているIllustratorで解決するのが本来的であると感じます。
