  1. Artboards are deleted after I close the program

    Update: The error happened in Illustrator Beta. I deleted it and it happened again on Illustrator 27.9

    I think this error might be related to this error message as this pop up came up on both of the files.

    I simply created an artboard using the artboard tool. I wrote the sizes that I wanted.
    In order to duplicate it I used the "+" icon at the top.
    Then created the designs and save it closed it.

  2. Illustrator Artboard Background is not Aligned with Artboard Frame

    I just realized that my description may not be clear enough, the background is the default background of the artboard. It is not a shape I added. The artboard frame and its background are not aligned.

    details:
    Windows 10 Pro
    OS build 19045.3324
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
    I was using Illustrator Beta. I think the version was either 28 or just the previous one.

    Because of constant errors, I deleted the beta version and downloaded regular Illustrator. So, thanks for the assistance but I don't know if it would work. I did not experience the same issue on normal Illustrator on its default settings, though.
