   Nope, doesn't matter the zoom in out level. Same bug as : https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/text-on-path-curve-is-disappearing-after-reopening-the-file-in-illustrator-v27-7/td-p/13966304

   How can I try Beta version ?
