    システム情報につきましては、下記内容でよろしいでしょうか！

    Adobeillustrator　28.1(windows)2024、Windows 11 Home/ 16.0 GB / 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1360P

    1.すでに作成済みのファイルを開いて編集開始（画像も埋め込み済み）

    2.オブジェクトや文字を編集するため、ツールを触っていると初めの数回は使用できるが停止

    3.数秒して、画面がすべて暗くなり、10秒ほどでイラレ画面に戻る

    4. 実際の結果：その後ショートカットキーで保存のみはできるが、ほかの動作は何もできず、いったんファイルを閉じるしかない。
    その後、同様にファイルを数回さわると停止する。
    再起動にても同様。

    以上原因がわからず、違うファイルでもすでに保存済みのファイルを編集しようとすると停止してしまいます。
    最近PCを買い替えて新しいのですが、Windows11との兼ね合いなのでしょうか。
