    Estoy usando Adobe Illustrator versión 28.7.1 en una pc window 10. Cuando intento guardar un archivo en la opción "Guardar como" la ventana aparece en negro y no puedo hacer nada. Ya desinstalé todo adobe y volví a instalar desde 0 y aún persiste el error.
