    It doesn't get stuck each time I open it up. And it did not happen for any other panels.

    If it helps:
    At the time of this bug occurrence, I had the GMetrix Extension active to prepare for the certification exam. Was completing tasks based on GMetrix Extension and had it merged as a panel onto Illustrator's interface.
