    I will try to reinstall Illustrator, i have never seen something similar before.

    Edit:
    I am terribly sorry - that was my mistake.
    I edited one of the New Document Profiles (Web.ai) and accidentally saved this file - including this additional content.

    After reverting this file everything is working great again.
