    I have already solved the problem. Here’s what I did:
    I created new sample text, selected the same font and size, and then used the [Eyedropper Tool] to sample the new text. This successfully resolved the issue.

    However, after grouping the text and checking the Attributes Panel, the option is not available within the grouped object. Perhaps this option only becomes visible when it's single.
