すみません。
「同一ファイル内の画像で、何点かは正常な％で表示されている」は、
仕事のデータのため「こちらでの共有が難しく」、
メールを頂ければ、ダウンロード先を返信いたします。サンプルで、新規に作成した TIFF を、配置（リンク）しても、
2024は 100％ で、2025は 20.571％ になったので、不要かと思いました。
サンプルファイルを、コメント欄の「ファイルを添付」で、
アップロードしたのですが、それは、共有ではなかったんですね。350dpi の画像を配置（リンク）した場合、を調べ直してみると、
2023（27.9.1）までは JPEG と TIFF ともに 100％
2024（28.7.5）は JPEG が 20.571％ TIFF が 100％
2025（29.3.1）は JPEG と TIFF ともに 20.571％
になるようです。An error occurred while saving the comment 29.3.1 で、TIFFだけ、JPEG と同じようになったのかな？
（PSD と EPS と）TIFF は、解像度ではなく、寸法で％を表示していたから、
大きい画像を、小さくリサイズする場合に、参考にしていたのだが、
このまま参考にすると、五分の一の粗画像になってしまう。

Illustrator ver.29.3.1リンクパレット「拡大・縮小」の％が、TIFF画像の場合、正常に表示されない。
TIFF画像を配置しただけの100％の画像が、20.571％と表示される。
Illustrator ver.29.2.1 までは、起きていなかった。
Since Illustrator 2025 (v29.3.1), the Links panel now displays the scale percentage of TIFF images using both resolution and dimensions — not just the physical size (width and height) as in previous versions. This makes it more difficult to quickly assess layout scaling, and breaks consistency with earlier versions.
Previously:
- Illustrator 2023 and earlier: JPEG and TIFF scale % = based only on dimensions.
- Illustrator 2024: JPEG changed to resolution-based, TIFF remained dimension-based.
- Illustrator 2025 (29.3.1): Now both JPEG and TIFF are resolution-based.
This new behavior negatively affects workflows in printing and layout, where dimension-based scaling is more practical and intuitive.
**Please allow users to choose how the scale % is calculated** — either by:
- Providing a toggle or preference option in the Links panel
- Or restoring the previous dimension-based logic
Illustrator 2025（v29.3.1）から、リンクパネルの拡大率の表示が「寸法」ではなく「解像度＋寸法」の計算に変わってしまいました。
以前のバージョンでは、TIFFもJPEGも寸法ベースで扱いやすかったため、今回の変更は作業効率に悪影響を与えています。
以前のように、拡大率が物理サイズ（幅・高さ）ベースで表示されるように戻すか、ユーザーが切り替えられるオプションを設けてください。
この変更によって困っているユーザーは多いと思います。どうかご対応をよろしくお願いいたします。
