    After experimenting further, it seems that it is only happening to certain paths in new documents (created after the update) and using paths copy and pasted from older documents. So yes, I can reproduce this bug but only with specific criteria.. Its odd but I can't seem to find any other factors that are different. For now, I've reinstalled the last version which is functioning perfectly fine, send to back/bring to front both working as intended.
