    windows11：29.4(64bit)

    「カンバス上のオブジェクトを選択してロック解除」にチェックが入っている時、
    一つでもロックされているオブジェクトがあると、
    そのロックされているオブジェクトよりも後に作成したオブジェクトのアンカーポイントを
    ダイレクト選択で移動することが出来なくなる。
    ハンドル操作や、矢印キーでの移動は可能。
    ロックされているオブジェクトよりも先に存在しているオブジェクトはダイレクト選択でもアンカーポイント移動可能。
    すべてのロックが解除されていれば、作成順に関係なくダイレクト選択でアンカーポイント移動できるようになる。
