   As stated at https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/color-difference-between-cpu-gpu-previews/m-p/13322063, this issue is a Mac-only problem for Ventura on Silicon chips.

   A workaround for now is to use CPU preview or run the app using Rosetta or open as Intel or roll back to Monterey.

   Hi, I have the exact same problem, in every document I see different colors, it's really problematic for me when I prepare files for printing for clients! What can I do? Will updating the Mac version help?
