As per the comment, go to 'Preferences > User Interface > Share Button' and select 'Match Brightness' — it will no longer appear blue.
To achieve the same in Photoshop, try toggling 'Neutral Color Mode' in 'Preferences > Interface'.
If you still wish to just have it gone for good — please upvote this separate request.

You can disable this panel via Window > Contextual Task Bar menu command.
The current Beta 28.5.0.34 has a bug though, that enables it back after Ai is relaunched. If you are using normal build, it should just work.

We can hide it with Window > Help Bar command, the same way we choose the other panels to show or hide

I've hidden the Help Bar and saved my workspace settings again, but the Help Bar keeps appearing. How do I fix this and keep it from reappearing?
