    Still happens with longer lines when tried in 2 other documents.
    But discovered it only displays the wrong figure of 91 & 136 degrees only while holding shift & dragging but after creating the line:
    the angle is 90 & 135 degrees correctly on the right properties panel
    but the UI also changes to 90 & 135 degrees correctly when you click & hover over the anchor points of the line just created.

    So it's literally just when I'm making/dragging the line with the line segment tool - it's showing wrong figures of 91 & 135 degrees just at those angles even while holding shift... other smart guide angles show fine, 0, 45, 180, 225, 270, 315.
