    Your incompetence seems to include the dates shown in the Links window (pallet) Regardless of the real creation and modification date and time of the linked files, it will show Feb 6, 2040 at 6:28:15 AM for both Created and Modified. Your new Illustrator 2026 version 30.0 still has this same problem.
