    Thanks for the explanation Egor.
    I am not familiar with coding these kind of things and their intricacies.
    The way I imagine it is thru a toggle on/off option that you con choose on the 3 lines top right menu of every palette. I agree, if every palette was to bounce up every time one hovers the mouse on it, it would be pretty crazy! =)

    Thanks for your message Egor,

    I wasn't aware of the scaling option on the preferences. The knob is all the way down so it is as small as it gets. I like the fact that I have plenty of space for the canvas.
    Mine was more of a interactive idea but thanks for mentioning the UI scaling, if anything I'll use that.
