An ability to enlarge panels on mouse hover to have larger controls (dynamic and local UI scaling)
Using a 4k screen I find the palette to be small, and I struggle seeing them detailed especially when it comes to gradients.
It would be handy to have a feature to enlarge the palette when the mouse hovers on it. Potentially deciding on to which palette activate this. Like for me I'd like to activate it only on the gradient, swatches and colors palette. Maybe a temporary shortcut to press while hovering onto the palette. Thanks.
Also having a better color picker on the color palette would be nice.
Thanks.

Thanks for the explanation Egor.
I am not familiar with coding these kind of things and their intricacies.
The way I imagine it is thru a toggle on/off option that you con choose on the 3 lines top right menu of every palette. I agree, if every palette was to bounce up every time one hovers the mouse on it, it would be pretty crazy! =) -
Yep, the intended way is to tweak both UI scaling values to have the controls as large as you want them to be. Yeas, it makes the space smaller by making the panels larger.
Your interactive approach is a more narrow and more complicated solution. I can imaging it would work for some but irritate some other people with the UI suddenly changing with mouse hovering over parts of it. Also, this would have to be applied to all panels, not only Gradient — consistency.
I’m starting to think that perhaps this problems should be solved by a screen magnifier of sorts, a separate tool (I bet there are some, although haven’t searched myself).
The request stays valid, let’s see if it attracts more voted. -

Thanks for your message Egor,
I wasn't aware of the scaling option on the preferences. The knob is all the way down so it is as small as it gets. I like the fact that I have plenty of space for the canvas.
Mine was more of a interactive idea but thanks for mentioning the UI scaling, if anything I'll use that. -
Enrico, small how? Can you share some screenshots, please?
