    Thank you for checking on Windows.
    Could you also test this on macOS with a Japanese (JIS) keyboard?
    I have reproduced the issue in both Illustrator 30.0 and 30.6.
    The shortcuts work correctly and are visible in Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts, but only shortcuts using letters or symbols are missing from the application menus. Numeric custom shortcuts are displayed correctly.
