    The Rich Tooltip is now properly hidden in the Transform window with full-release 30.8. Thank you. I would prefer the button disappear, too, but this is much better than before. The tooltip still appears after hovering a microsecond from a button across the top (Control?) toolbar.

    Frustrating and a concentration breaker. Why is this not fixed already patched? It should have been a hotfix months ago - like 30 minutes after the Turnable button was introduced. Turn it off with the rest of the rich tooltips, give it more than 1ms hover delay, or give it a small (i) icon so folk can choose to see the popup. Only reason it's not corrected by now is because someone made the decision not to. That, or the Adobe Illustrator team doesn't use their own product.
