  1. Can’t use Keyboard Shortcuts, "The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error. [TAdd]" error gets displayed when Ai launches

    Please need help, when I open illustrator this show up, "This operation cannot complete because of an unknown error. [TAdd]".
    I've tried anything, unistalling, reset preferences, deleted files in the adobe file... anything

    I can't use any shortcut, copy paste, text, pen, nothing and if I try to go "edition keyboard shortcut" its the same thing, Unkown error.... Need help pls quick

    I have illustrator 2025, tried so many versions and all have that bug
