Can’t use Keyboard Shortcuts, "The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error. [TAdd]" error gets displayed when Ai launches
The error makes all shortcuts useless, plus they can't even be edited nor does resetting preferences make any difference.

Please need help, when I open illustrator this show up, "This operation cannot complete because of an unknown error. [TAdd]".
I've tried anything, unistalling, reset preferences, deleted files in the adobe file... anythingI can't use any shortcut, copy paste, text, pen, nothing and if I try to go "edition keyboard shortcut" its the same thing, Unkown error.... Need help pls quick
I have illustrator 2025, tried so many versions and all have that bug

The shortkeys no longer function, restoring my installation to an older version does not solve the problem. When opening the application a message is shown, the same message appears when in illustrator I go to the tab of shortcuts.
