   Need More Info  ·  AdminEgor Chistyakov (Admin, Adobe Illustrator) responded

   Illustrator app follows the language chosen in your Creative Cloud Desktop application’s preferences. If you choose Polski there, UI should match it. You’d have to install Ai app anew though.

   Also there is a dedicated user request to be able to change UI language right form the Ai’s preferences, as other Adobe apps allow.
