    Ditto.
    Latest version of Illustrator supplied by Creative Cloud installer on 64-bit Windows 10 PC.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. File - New Document.
    2. Bingo...

    Expected result:
    A useful window with options to create a new document.

    Actual result:
    A useless blank screen.
