As found in another thread, unchecking the preference "Display print size at 100% zoom" fixes this problem, which wasn't required in previous versions. But it's a huge pain when one is working on both print and web projects in the same day or week. This is still driving me crazy but at least there's an interim solution.

I'm not sure if Adobe fixed this in v. 25 but guess what? I can't upgrade because it would require me to buy newer computers. So I really hope they release a 24.x that fixes this irritating issue.

I think I'm having the same problem. At 100% zoom in pixel preview I'm getting major text pixellation, and the whole artboard is showing at the same size as when not in pixel preview — quite enlarged. Things worked right until I updated to v24.3.

Edit: after quitting Illustrator and re-opening the file shown here, pixel preview is back to normal. 100% zoom looks like 100% zoom and not 200%. But creating a new file or opening another existing file still gives me the same 200% appearance at 100% zoom & pixel preview.

Please share your thoughts on the following:

    1. Would it make sense to have a separate desktop app, just to create charts, and bring them inside Illustrator or InDesign? It may not be on cloud.

    2. Or would you rather have us work on building it within Illustrator?

    Thanks
    Yogesh
