    I am unsure what is meant by "need more info."

    To put it simply customer dissatisfaction will result in loss of customers for Adobe.

    Some designers work on transit wraps, billboards, etc. We can not do so efficiently with the artboard limitation and are requesting that the artboard size not be limited. The frustration of this issue not being addressed leads to myself and others moving on to software that will.
