    My OS is Windows 10.
    I did provide a screenshot of the contents of the GPUCache folder. Do you need me to upload the files?

    I also tried the solution which Nitish Agarwal suggested.
    I could not find any processes in task manager named CCX.
    I deleted the data folder from CCX Welcome.
    Then I deleted the Adobe Illustrator 23 folder.

    This has not resolved the issue.
