    This has suddenly become an issue for me, too. Grabbing the bottom right corner of the window is very buggy and does not resize properly. It snaps to a larger size and does not move/resize according to where the cursor is.

    I am running:
    Mac OS Sierra
    10.12.6 (16G1314)

    iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)
    3.4 GHz Intel Core i5
    16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4

    Illustrator 23.0.1
