   This particular issue of images from iOS screenshots getting distorted in Illustrator has been fixed now.

   Same problem on Illustrator 23.0.1 and Photoshop 20.0.1. This is a showstopper as iPhoneX images cannot be rendered in either of the tools. How can such an obvious bug escape the lightest of testing.
