    Unfortunately we are not able to reproduce this issue. Could you kindly provide the following information to help us nail this down.

    1)Kindly use the Adobe Log Collector Tool, by following the steps mentioned in https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and collect the log files and share with us.

    Kindly share the above with us in a Zip file at sharewithai@adobe.com. Please mention the title of this issue as the subject of the mail.

    Fixed: I had to use the CHAT option with customer support... they remote controlled my pc and fixed this issue. Probably took 20 minutes waiting to get helped and 20 minutes for them to complete the fix, restart my comp, and reinstall the app.

    I'm having the same issue with the cc v 23.0.2.
