    I found a solution!

    If your document is set to CMYK Mode, I have to go to

    Window > Separations Preview > Check the "Overprint Preview" box.

    I must do this with every single project, but it works! =)

    I'm having the same issue with my install on my work computer (hp), but not at home (mac).
