Window > Separations Preview > Check the "Overprint Preview"

I figured this out. Clear the Appearance from the Appearance tab. Reduce it to basic then apply Multiply

I found a solution!
If your document is set to CMYK Mode, I have to go to
Window > Separations Preview > Check the "Overprint Preview" box.
I must do this with every single project, but it works! =)

Same issue.
Under transparency mode blending options don't work.
How to fix it? -

I'm having the same issue with my install on my work computer (hp), but not at home (mac).

Same problems here: Blending modes not showing in previews correctly, nor printing correctly.
Blending modes, in my case I am using mostly screen & color burn, not working in print or in workspace preview in ai, including Overprint (graphic with BM applied disappears (screen) or partial blackness shows (color burn)). What happened? Fixing this asap?!?! What's the timeline on this fix??? -
