    I confirm the issue. The spacing numeric field is ignoring the document's measure settings. I would like to provide a screen shot if possible.
    1) So, you select your items and you mark a key element.
    2) At time the align panel will ignore the key element and keep the Distribute Spacing numeric field locked/disabled.

    It will ignore the document measure system, in my case I use inches most of the times but I tried pixels and points and am not able o input that manually either. Say I type in " 1in" into that field, AI will revert it back to whatever number already in there and will ignore any units constraints (may they be inches, points, or pixels in my experience).

    This needs to be fixed ASAP please.

    I am on the Adobe Cloud version of Illustrator, on Windows 10 64bit, current with all Microsoft's and Adobe's updates.
