    I still have the same problem... It worked for a month and after that.. i am working with the old version...

    Hello, i have this problem too.

    My configuration :

    illustrator CC 23.03
    mac OS mojave 10.14.4
    iMac 21.5 inch late 2013 - 3,1 Ghz Core i7
