    I second this. I have to recolor a lot of CMYK art to the nearest Pantone (Color Bridge CP). By 'a lot' I mean I do this many times per day. I'd love to be able to have the library I use most often be set to default, or be able to include the library as an action. As it stands I can add recolor to an action via "insert menu item" but there doesn't seem to be a way to specify a library.
