   Based on feedback, this issue is fixed by upgrading to MacOS Catalina . We are closing this .Let us know if you are still observing this on MacOS Catalina and we will reopen this thread.

   Yes I also have Microsoft Outlook for Mac V16.16.7, Word, Excel and Powerpoint

   Turned GPU off 2 weeks ago and it hasn't happened since... apple/adobe please sort this out!

   Mojave 10.14.5
   Ilustrator 23.0.4
   AMD Radeon R9 M390 2 GB

   I have am now testing to see if turning off GPU performance helps.
