   Based on feedback, this issue is fixed by upgrading to MacOS Catalina . We are closing this .Let us know if you are still observing this on MacOS Catalina and we will reopen this thread.

   Yes I am using office 365 applications. It has just happenend to me in InDesign again and I managed toi record it on my phone - link below. It started while dragging a logo to a new position
