    Thanks for raising this. We've looked into this issue from our side, but we're unable to reproduce the issue internally so far.

    If you're still seeing it, could you help us with a few details so we can dig in further?

    • Are you still facing the issue? (yes / intermittent / no longer)
    • Machine configuration — OS and version, GPU, and Illustrator version/build
    • Reproduction rate — does it happen every time, or only sometimes?
    • A screen recording of the issue as it happens, if you can capture one
    • The AI file you were working with when the issue occurred (feel free to share a stripped-down/anonymised version if the original is confidential)

    If the issue is 100% reproducible on your machine, we'd be happy to set up a short debug session with you.

    Nothing changed in fact... Still crashes mores than 6 times per day... With 64 Gb RAM still "not enough memory" message !!!
    And what is weird is that I have no problemes on MacBook pro 2009 with only 8Gb Ram... Strange.
    So, let me know when you'll able to fix that, i'm loosing faith in Adobe.

    Nothing is fixed ... AI 23.04 under Mojave 10.14.6 and deinstallation and reinstallation of Illustrator with deleting all previous prefs.
    Still the same issue, the menu is greyed and no way to use it. I force quiting the prog and restart Illustrator in safe mode, all setups to zero.
    It's work so for 1 file and stick again with a second one.
    I work with Adobe since 25 years now, and i become nervous. I need to work and I pay the Adobe fee each month !!!!
    Please consider our complains !!
