   Based on feedback, this issue is fixed by upgrading to MacOS Catalina . We are closing this .Let us know if you are still observing this on MacOS Catalina and we will reopen this thread.

   No Microsoft Office applications installed. Appears to happen more often when something is in the clipboard when using Illustrator and InDesign.
